Strategos Zimbabwe was born out of a shared passion among its founders to bridge the gap between vision and execution in the corporate and development sectors.

 

After years of working in leadership, branding, and facilitation roles, the founding team recognized a growing need for integrated strategy, culture transformation, and engagement-focused interventions.

The name - Strategos - is derived from an ancient Greek word meaning "general" or "leader of the army."

 

In its original context, a strategos was not just a military commander but a strategist — someone who could envision the broader picture, craft plans, and inspire others to action. This perfectly encapsulates our mission: to empower leaders and teams to act strategically, think boldly, and execute effectively.
